Yep, if you put them under your pillow, you get a TWM gift certificate from the shifter faerie.

Yeah there is no way you are getting off of that one. I use to work for MSP and the only way you could have a chance is if the trooper forgot to get you to sign the ticket. If you have a good driving record go to court, plead guilty with a explaination, say your sorry, and you should be good to go.

yeah i've been to court like bazillion times and guess what...the police station is PART of the court house... so they just pick up the phone and bring the captain down anddd the city is like only few miles long so there's a good chance this a hole will show up. and i know the judge is pretty harsh...no PBJ's unless you have ABSOLUTELY clean record. |

First, traffic court the first time is a bad idea anyways. Cops get paid overtime to show up. Second, request a trial by written declaration. Trial by written declaration is trial by mail. Send in your side of the story, pleading not guilty (never plead guilty). If the officer doesn't send in his own written testimony, you are automatically innocent. 30% of officers don't turn in the report, so it's decent odds. Third, if you lose your trial by mail, you can request a Trial de Nuovo, which basically means you get another shot to win, this time in person in court. Fourth, if the judge is biased against you you can request a different judge at the arraignment. Of course, if you do this the next judge will know (and may hold it against you), so you have to be careful bout that one. If you're interested I can explain in more detail about the trial by written declaration. |

Most of the times the regular police and sheriffs won't show. The highway patrols ALWAYS shows because their freeway meter maids and thats what they get paid to do. Since, you flipped off his son, he will make the special trip to appear. I've been in trouble with the law way too many times, from misdemeanors to felonies. I've been able to get away with all my felonies so far.
