Don't have to pay income tax?

Well well well...
Does any of you know if there's a law that requires a resident/citizen of the US to pay income tax?
Guess what? There's none!!

There's no specific law that requires any of you to pay income taxes.
our local taxes pay for education, fuel tax pays for highway, etc.

the IRS will tell you differently. I personally know of a guy who hasn't paid for over 20 years. He's facing jail time currently - IRS smack down.

One thing I have heard is that the Fed income tax was an emergency law put into effect during WWII and was never taked off the books (conviniently)

That's where everyone's wrong.
Income is defined at the Eisner vs Montgomery case and i quote "the gains from corporate activity."
Your labor being taxed is private property and should NOT be taxed. Wages are not to be taxed because they are not gains from corporate activity.
In other words, you are paying for something that you dont have to and instead is going elsewhere. Who knows where they're going to or whose pockets. Let me give you a hint though...1912: JP Morgan

in 1912, The president at that time got in debt to construct our great country. As a result, bankers such as JP Morgan and others lended the gov't money. For that, our country got into a big debt and has been correcting it by taxing our wages. Do you think you have to pay a vehicle tax? where does it say you have to pay tax for your vehicle?
There are many court cases that have not been broadcasted or made the news where the gov't and IRS lost almost all their cases.
According to the law, paying income taxes is not required. If they're forcing you, that means theyre violating the laws which would be the 5th ammendment. =)

What I'm trying to say is that there is no law that requires us to pay for income taxes. People don't know this. When the constitution says the gov't must collect income taxes, the IRS jumped in and started taxing every single one of us. Then court cases started appearing.
Read this: Eisner vs Montgomery.
The Supreme court gives a definition to "income" which basically means gains from corporate activity.
Gains from corporate activity does not mean wages.
We're forced to pay for something we shouldn't for there's no law that requires to do so. If you have a vast knowledge of the constitution then you know there's no such law. In the 1980s, a newspaper posted an AD that will give 50 thousand dollars to whoever finds such law that requires us to pay income taxes. Guess what? none was found
When we are prosecuted for non filing for the IRS, then we are being prosecuted illegaly. The FBI even fears the IRS lol

Let me give you an example. The gov't can make lots of money right?
Yet we have a huge debt which is 8.3 trillions...
you may be asking yourself why if the gov't can make lots of that piece of paper...
Answer: Banks own us all. They feed from the federal taxes ans we feed them with our own hard-earning money.
Monopoly? yes

As much as I hate paying taxes the fact is that without them we would have no roads, no schools, no, police, no firemen, etc...
