"I was actually refered to the GasBGon by my wife after years of "gas" arguments in the evening. I found that it did eliminate the odor of flatulance shot directly into the pillow and also helped muffle the noise. My suggestion to the manufacturer and reason for the low rating is that the fabric absorbs stains to easily and is not water proof. I found my pillow to have "skids" after only one week of use and returned it after the stains wouldn't come out."
