clubrsx started out great too.As all the old owners moved on to s2ks, evos and sti's, the forum members started to become more and more teenagers that bought used rsx's. Now it's just sub par to club si. For now.

if you are about to post:
1. some fat messican chick with tits that hand down to her wasteline which are being hoisted up by some over the shoulder boulder holders, you will be banned

2. something extremely stupid, including, but not limited to; a leaf-blower turbo, a turbonator, electric turbo/super chargers, using a something extremely stupid for an intake, you will be made fun of... severely.

3. if you don't really know what you're talking about, but think you are an expert because you read an article in the latest ragazine, you will be discredited... and probably made fun of as well.

4. this is the performance forum, not the skid pad, not the boost forum, not the hybrid forum, all off topic threads will be moved.

5. if you are overly sensitive, i will push your buttons, and so will others.

6. if bling bling and hoods opening sideways, infact, if you are under the age of 60 and think that a navigator is a sweet ride, you will be ridiculed, and probably banned, but you are gauranteed to be made fun of.

7. if you think making fun of someone's spelling and/or grammar is a burn, i will hijack your account and create all sorts of stupid posts, then return your account back to normal so you can live with being made fun of for your stupid posts... that i made.

When I first got my Si that was the site I lurked on. Then I found 8thcivic and really never went back. This site is far more up beat, it's better run, and more organized. Thanks for having such a kick ass site lol

This is true but I'm not sure how much it applies here. If a forum is for a specific generation of car, then as that car gets older, the owners will likely get younger. Say 8thcivic.com is around in ten years, who will be owning the 06 Civics in 2016? So you're right there. However, take a forum devoted to a car and not a generation of a car like clubsi.com. You'll have younger kids who have an older Si, but it'll be the older, more well off financially, and supposedly mature people with the new Si's.

Forums change over time and so do the users. Tim was right, people get cynical and jaded. A lot of it has to do with a group of people who are tight with each other and then some punk kid joins and posts things like, "HAY GUYZ I GOT KEWL MODZ 4 MY MAD TYTE WHIP!!!!!1 LOLZZZZZZ!!!!1!!11oneone!!1" Let's face it, that's bound to happen on a forum devoted to a tuner car. Anyone remember tight_si? After a while you don't want to cut anyone slack, follow the rules of the herd or get out.

For the record, I created an account on clubsi.com and have prosted maybe a few time. I've done some lurking there but haven't spent much time on the site.

Now there is someone with ClubSi experience! Rule #1 you shall not talk about XXXX XXXX5.0.

At the end of the day, if you (1) are an idiot, (2) behave like an idiot, (3) post like an idiot in the wrong forum (4) perform any of the idiocy that plopsi outlined, (5) or dare to venture into the OT forum with some randomly idiotic comment, of (6) just look like someone to be picked on...you are going to eventually get your ass handed to you by someone.

It is really not hard to stay below the flame radar if you just don't act like an idiot.

A vile elitist cesspool--I think forums get more pompous as they exist longer. 7thgencivic.com got worse and worse as time went on.

I'm sure by the 100th "How do you conserve gas" thread pops up that elitism will start surfacing here too =)

I used to be on G2IC (generation 2 integra club), which was a really cool forum cause the people were cool and helpful, a lot like this site, then they also had like write-ups of DIY mods. I wasted a few friday nights there just looking at meet pics, or reading the forums.

I'd certainly like to tear the liver out of the next person who asks if they 'really have to use premium in the Si', or maybe the next fuel economy thread, or synthetic oil thread...

Lol, I was specifically thinking of you with that, because I sense growing frustration when you're coming across these articles. Better watch out

Oh my friend, I've been feeling that way for a while. I just bite my tongue and smile through it.

I would but it'd have to be highlighted in a constantly flashing red and yellow box.

Hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone here has tried that "Turbonator" thing? It says it gives you some serious horses, but idk...
