I just called to get a picture of a product that a compan sells. The sales rep. said that he doesn't have one, but makes sure that I know that he has the first CAI for the civic si. I ask how he has such a product that he can't simply take a picture and post it next to the item he has listed. He lists the dyno and comparison, but not a picture. He then TELLS me that I can find a picture in any search and bets that he can find one in 5 minutes. There again (AEM), telling a customer how intelligent his brain is to waste 5 minutes looking for a picture, but not taking those same 5 minutes and taking his camera to the warehouse, opening the box and posting a picture that could potentially solve alot of other calls and help sell the item. A bad day, I could understand, but to push such an issue makes people want to walk away from such a business. As he said, it isn't a high priority for AEM.
