Video Editing?

If anyone can give me any tips on some free software or a site I would appreciate it. Have a driving vid that I want to shorten in length. After I install the CAI will be making a second vid to compare sounds.

Haven't seen a vids with only exhaust. Everyone usually post a vid after they have installed a CAI.

Oh, I could always send the vid to someone as long as they dont send it to the local Po Po,

you on a mac or a pc? If I had to guess..... PC -

windows movie maker is built into windows xp- free.

start - all programs - accessories - windows movie maker

Tried it but it wont let me use the vid since its on a different format.

Got saved under a Quicktime player file.
