Should I cut my hair or not?

I've gotten a lot of criticism (both positive and negative) about my current hair style, so I've been debating whether to cut it as of late.

Here's my current hair style, which is shaggy and messy:

Now here's me a year ago with short and spikey hair:

So, which do you prefer? Just keep in mind EVERY damn Asian kid has short and spikey hair, so that's why I went away from another route. Most girls have said I looked a lot better with shorter hair, but the guys said the shaggy hair is a good change.

Well, I didn't always want to listen to what the girls said. Girls suggested me to drive automatic, but screw that idea. :)

Well, I think with the first hair style you should have a razor blade to slit your wrist and a shirt that says EMO lol Go for short

I personally have no preference. I'm one of those guys who get bored with things fast and I've been through more hairstyles than you could've imagined.
