New Years Resolutions

So, what are they?

My new years resolution is to not make one.

To try to tolerate all the "I will go the gym this year" people...for the whole 4-6 weeks that actually go. It gets real crowded at the gym for those few weeks right after New Years. I have seen about 1 in 10 actually stick it out over the years.

Actually, mine is to try and travel more. Outside of Illinois, and Indiana I haven't left the state of WI!

Lol. I spend more time traveling than I do at home. Due to my position, I regularly travel to our far flung plants around the US, Canada, and sometimes to our operations in Europe.

Anyone who said "I want a job where I can travel" has not had a job where you have to travel....it gets old real quick.

The benefit is lots and lots of free trips for personal use, free Mariott and othe chain nights, free rental cars, etc., all from the membership points/miles from the business trips. That makes vacationing that much more fun...as I usually don't have to pay for hotel, car, flights, etc.

My other resolution is to get ass atleast once a month this year.... i mean wtf im a college studen!

For all those not in college yet.... DO NOT COMMUTE =P

Of course I want to get back into shape. I guess mine would be to invest money more aggressively this year. I need to retire in a few years.

Moving back to the city in May when my wife graduates. So my resolution is to save $$$ like crazy so we can buy a house as soon as possible. I'm sick of throwing away money on rent. Looks like i'll be on the overtime crew at work for the next 4 months.
