ok, here's how i think it went down, the bar that runs along the top of the fence is the only thing holding that fence up, so i think the car just went through the fence and it lifted up (hence the bar holding it). So when he drove through, the fence just goes back down. iunno....

That is freaking wierd!!!!! If you watch it.. The cop turns left late... so the viewing area is prolly not visible.. However when he makes his turn (the cop) pause it at about 1:48 second. The top bar is slanted.. So something is broken there.

The video shows an intacked fence, but who knows what is actually happened on the left which is not in camera view..
