Don't mean to be an ass, but is it possible it was a crab? I know it might be far fetched as hell, but crabs can live out of water for quite some time (they have lungs and gills). Is it possible that a crab got out of someones aquariu and got on your ride? Highly unlikely...I know, but hey ya never know...then again I drunk...
