Me im a big tech nerd. Dont be fooled by my nick lol ive had that nickname since 97 from my ball team. For me now addictions include owning the most up to date gadgets (cell phones: Nokia N91 pda's: treo 650 home theatre: still upgrading) ....you fellow tech geeks know what im talking about , and collecting air jordans (got em all from i-xxi, cant wait till they retro og v's in december). But soon to be an addiction will be my first born due in a couple of weeks or sooner , might have to trade all that stuff in including my Si for a RR stroller with some 3" chrome dub spinners. Ill keep my Si badge though and mount it on the stroller visor. lol

For the past few years I've been into collecing coins, mostly during the summer because school's out and work doesn't get that much in the way then.

And a little obsessed over my current project, building a mini chopper bike.

I love playing paintball, golf, grilling (yes, I take a bbq very seriously), xbox 360, learning about cars, I love reading psychology books and looking over my grandmothers notes from college over psychology (I love my grandma :) ), driving, driving, playing guitar, playing anything else that comes along (I tried tuba once, no bueno)..

I'm sure I have a million more, but I can't think of them right now.

I envy you brother.. I've been playing for about 10 years now and I always think about getting into a band, but never do. I used to dj at a little rock club in ft. worth a while back and ended up on stage every night doing stupid things up there.. loving every minute of it.

And skittles, what programs are you running for those beats? The only progs I have used have been fruity loops and garage band. I made a cd of all loops with cut from scratch beats (via fruity loops) and anytime I want to bump around town I'll throw it in. For the record, your stuff sounds way better. :P

Home theater! QUALITY home theater. I've worked in the A/V industry for 8 years now and will never go anywhere else. It's what and who I am. My car is my hobby, electronics are my addiction. I have about 8k worth of electronics just in this room and am slowly building every other room I have with new TV's, DVR's etc. It's a lot easier when you work in the industry and get STUPID good deals on open box items.

Current Setup: Sony KV-34HS510 34" HD Tube, Denon 3805 (pre/pro), Denon DVD-2910, Myryad MA-500 5ch amp, LSi9x2 (Front and Rear), LSiC, Sunfire Super Junior Subwoofer, Sanus UF26 & NF36 Stands, and most wires by Cobalt.

I'd like to get into speaker building but I don't have the necessary money for it (just got a new car, trying to mod it! ) I guess my other "former" addiction goes along with it. Collecting DVD's. I have just shy of 250 dvd's now but had to stop myself. I got to the point where I was buying 10-15 dvd's a month and found that I am only watching 60-70% of them. I probably have 50 dvd's I haven't even put in the player yet. But now I gotta start dumping money into my new car and new house. I just bought a place about 4 months back and there's always little things that need to be done.

Word to that. I just filled my attic with B&W speakers and I'm loving life. Moved them upstairs to a bigger room and replaced them with Atlantic Technology speakers for my smaller room. I posted earlier w/ my setups. I need a "stupid good deal" on a close-to-wall mount for a 32" widescreen LCD. Have any access to that? :)

My addiction is seriously studying the great but short life of fruit flies. They intrigue me.

That's what you need, but you need to make sure your LCD's cabling goes straight down or to the side. If they lead towards the back, this will not work because you'll kink your cables, if it'll even fit depending on the size of your ends. Those are under $90 retail and probably can be found a lot cheaper on the 'net somewhere.

yep that's what I want. Best Buy wants around $70. I can get one of those for around half on Ebay. The Aquos' inputs are parallel to the screen in a back panel so I don't have to worry about kinking any wires. I was thinking the VM300 as well - it's supposed to be 1/2" off the wall which I like.

I actually preferred the stand for the TV but I realized w/ the new room and new entertainment unit I had no place for the B&W CDM center. so that has to go on top of the entertainment unit and the TV above that on the wall.

I'm such a tech geek: I love DVDs, home theatre, computers, cell phones, etc. Anything tech, I love. Love reading about it and researching it. Although, since I don't have a lot of $, I don't have any of the state-of-the-art stuff in my posession.

Oh, and I'm also addicted to boobies

R/C Airplanes and Heli's. I've been in the hobby for 15 years and use to work at a local hobby shop for 10 years!
