Taco Bell... is it "good to go"?

So I'm having this debate with my co-worker, he beileves Taco Bell is not actually human food, but rather food for zoo animals that they thought they might make some extra money from. I think it is perfectly fine and eat there weekly.

So what do you think of Taco Bell?

BTW: I ate there for luunch today, I think their new Nacho Crunch Grilled thingy is GREAT... I'll have at least 3-4 more before I think they are nasty

Love their Chalupa and Quesadilla. I feel like another little vein closes down whenever I eat there...but it's worth it, in moderation.

I love Taco Bell. And especially when I have that crave during late nights... I head on over to the TB down the street and grab me the Grande Meal.

Taco Bell is good.... to go throw it in the trash.
I personally don't see the point in eating something that will only stay in your stomache for a max of 10 minutes. I saw a stand up comedian a while back that said he was rallying to have taco bell change its name to snack and s**t

+1....I order a number 5 I think, whenever I go. Chalupa with a soft taco and an extra soft taco on the side, with a Mountain Dew to drink. Mmmm...now I'm hungry as a hostage...

Someone who works in the meat industry once told me that the grade of meat TB uses is the same grade used for dog food. Whether that is true or not, I never ate there again after that. Woof!

i eat there.... but their meat is grade "E" its the worst it can be before having to throw it away. So I stay away from the hamburger or steak meat. The chicken is ok grade "B" so i ll eat it. Mainly just eat bean burritos and stuff like that anyways. The meat makes me sick to my stomach everytime i eat there..... I miss Taco USA.

Still though, I don't think Taco Bell beats "the Mayan" that we have in our complex. It's Tex-Mex, but more aimed at the Mex side. THeir Steak Burrito is awesome. Pico de Gallo + Lots of Spicy Salsa = Heaven on Earth...until you have to crap it out.

Ok. Now my Beef (?) Crunchwrap Supreme I waited in line for 10 minutes at the mall to get because I was craving one isn't all that appealing. If the meat is dog food grade, what grade is the chicken, or alledged chicken.

If you want good tacos and all out mexican food hit up "Baja Fresh", great food. Its all fresh and they actually cook the food as opposed to microwaving. Its a little pricey, but hey its REAL food.

and yes i realize that there is no such thing as letter grades for meat..... but butchers use them. so before anyone say there is no such thing as grade "E" meat it is the equivilent to "5" or "canner". I just use the letter system because I used to work in a meat market back in highschool.

Y'probably want to hit the edit button.

I agree on the Baja Fresh being good food. However, I always see it as very Tex-Mex -- more americanized than mexican food. :)

I love Taco Cabana.. There's one about 5 minutes from my house and 2 taco bueno's within 5-10 minutes. Also 2 Taco Casa's within 5-10 minutes. I think I'm burnt out on Taco Bueno though.

After all that, the town I live in doesn't have a grocery store. Go figure.

Yeah, there is an authentic mexican place by my house I've been to a couple of times. I thought there food was very blan, but from what I hear it is close to what you acually find in Mexico.
