Odd request

i know this sounds kinda odd, but i feel we could get any help we can right now. My mother was just diagnosed with cancer that's pretty bad. I know us civic owners aren't the most religious people on earth but any prayer you can offer my family and i would really be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Which type of cancer? My Mom was diagnosed with stage three ovarian 4 yrs ago, she had chemotherapy and is still cancer-free - treatment has made alot of progress in recent years.
You have my prayers. :)

I will definitely pray for your mom man. My dad just had emergency quadruple bypass last week and they weren't sure he was going to make it. I think prayer helps- at least it makes us feel a little less helpless.

Neither am I religious, but you will be in my thoughts, and I will pray for her and you if you wish.

Cancer sucks, period. True, treatment has advanced, and successes abound. Even chemotherapy isn't (often) the ordeal it once was. I just finished discussing with someone my mother's breast cancer survival, now 20-years long. But cancer still may get her, and there is still so much beyond our capabilities to treat.

Be strong, support her, and listen to her doctors.

Sorry to hear man; I got you in my prayers.

Too much cancer cases in the past couple yrs around me. My aunt from France passed away from lung cancer a couple months ago, my other aunt has lung cancer and it traveled to her head and gave her brain cancer, another aunt has liver cancer, an uncle had a cancerous tumor removed from his head several months ago, my 25 y.o. college co-ed fraternity sister had ovarian cancer (both ovaries were removed, she can't have children ), my 25 y.o.childhood friend has breast cancer (currently a UCLA law student), a ~27 y.o. college friend has a rare cancer in his chest with a 50% survival rate (one of the nicest guys you'd ever meet), a cowoker's dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer last yr, another coworker's mom was diagnosed with uterus cancer, and a coworker survived bone cancer 3 yrs ago. And all these cases were in the past 2 years, aside from the bone cancer case.
