Anyone ever get into a near accident from checking out girls?

I totalled my first car checking out a hottie at the bus stop. It was junior yr in high school, I had an 86 camry (22RE+ 5 speed for those that care) and at a green light i look over at this fine chick and then I look back up and the light is red, van in front of me is stopped. I slam the brakes and slide right up under his bumper. Totalled. Oh yeah, the car was 11 years old at the time to give you an idea of my age.

Also in high school, I was in marching band, and we hosted a parade. They close down half of the street, and divert to two way traffic on one side of the street, with traffic cops and all. So anyways, we're marching, w/ ID girls, flag girls, and drill team girls (girls/girls/girls,) and some dude on the other side of the street is drooling so hard, he rear-ends a friggin' cop car right in front of all of us!! Poor, dumb guy...

You know you're a car guy , when this happens because of a car and not a girl. I broke a rim on a curb checking out an EVO when they first came out haha.

Not really, but I'm sure it could easily happen. I take my eyes off the road wayyy too often when I see a good looking chick while I'm driving

i havent had this happen to me *knock on wood*. but my driving instructor for when we had to do those 6 hrs or whatever to get our license, said "look at those hot girls!"; so i looked over and he was like "wtf?! you should be keeping your eyes on the road!". i guess this taught me well

Great thread. I have indeed almost had an accident due to this. I consider myself a very good driver, however, the power of the female is not to be underestimated. There is a narrow 4 lane boulevard I drive often. There was a female jogger, middle of summer, form fitting outfit. Need I say more?

I do this everyday most times not near accident just weaving out of my lane but i have knocked down street cones in construction sites when there is a hot chick walking. Damn them and their nice asses and breasts I should probably not look at them anymore. aaaahh nevermind ill continue to do it.

True story. When I was in High School I was leaving this girls house and driving when I thought I got a whiff of some delicious poon, so I gave the fingers a little sniff, and I was right......I was also right about to rear end a Caravan clearly stopped at a red light.

It was kinda hard trying to explain why I just plowed right into a stopped car at a light. Felt like a jackass....I must have dazed for like 10 actual full seconds to pull off something to moronic.

A blonde chick around my age in a 911 carrera S almost made me crash in the freeway last week. she came beside me and shot a rev...when i looked over I expected to see an old guy but there was this amazingly gorgeous girl smilling through my window at me... So i reved back and did a nod......
Around this time traffic braked and if it wasnt for the fast lane shoulder I would of rearended a toyota prius rofl!!!

Nice topic....a guy was checking me out and decided to fly past me to show off. I guess he mis-judged the off ramp & started to fishtail the car and ended up in a ditch. I'm pretty sure the worst part for him is when I actually stopped the car to make sure he was OK. Not to mention his car was pretty messed up

kay this one is when i was on foot i ono if it counts or not...so then i was walking to work after school, and i saw a buncha hot girls from my school just walking and i was like across the st. n i was like checking them out and it was before i knew it that i passed my work and i had to run back cause i was gonna be late.

i actually walked into a tree cause i was walking while looking back at some hot girl...and this was in like 5th or 6th grade...so embarrasing, good thing no one saw me
