How do people get away with it?

How does people or SOMEONE get away with stealing people's money or parts? Or better yet SCREWING over someone or their business? How the freak do they do it?

Over the weekend, I found out some MORE shady crap about someone screwing over my friend's businesses. That's a BIG NO-NO in my book.

FYI - He's all over Honda-Tech and if that day I find him, I SWEAR that karma will bite him back in the ass.

I've looked at some of those threads and I obviously don't know the whole story behind all of this, but I'm going to close this thread.

For those that have done business with One Fab or whatever I feel bad. It looks as though some never got parts, or some have waited 7+ months for nothing.

I appreciate the time you took in getting links about the company. It seems as though a lot of people are upset about his business, but I don't know how we can help over here. It's a good heads up, but I would definately try to contact him or deal with him directly over at honda-tech.

I also find it interesting that out of all of these angry people, not one has filed a complaint with the better business bureau. If people are honestly upset, there are methods to take action. File a complaint with the bbb - www.bbb.org, or file a small claims court case - about 30 dollars, or obviously do a reverse chargeback on your cc. Call up your credit card company and explain the situation. They will take action into their own hands if you haven't received your products.

For now I'd advise opening another thread up over at those sites if you know of some ill doing about his business. Or take matters further by filing a complaint etc.
