I have to vent.

I needed to dye my hair. Yeah, I've got grays. I've been dying it the same color for ages. Medium chocolatey brown with cinnamon highlights. So I got what I thought was the right color. WRONG!!!! My head looks like it was dipped in rasberry juice. This is horrible. My camera battery is dead other wise I'd post pics of my big, furry, rasberry head.

Maybe some of it will wash out tomorrow. Otherwise, I guess I'll be sporting the punk/goth look for a while. Lovely.

I spent all day ripping apart the dash on our Celica taking out the DVD head unit only to find that the factory head unit I bought off of someone does not work in our Celica because they had different factory head unit options. ARGH

hahah

my tint guy pushed down too far on the inner window seal(furry/rubbery thing)

now when i put the window down, it rolls down with it causing it to streak, leave rubber marks on the tint!!!

so I disassembled the door and cut the inner seal(there are two) on the driver and fixed the passenger side

blah!

I just took the towel off of my head. My highlights look orange. Oh it keeps getting better and better....

I'm a technical support representative for a rather large corporate company. I'll leave the name of the company out of this because it has nothing to do with them. Anyways, I support the company's line of notebooks and laptops for consumers. All notebooks are equipped with some sort of warranty and the basic warranty covers anything BUT accidental damage.

So I get a call from a lady today asking me to check the status of her system since it's back at our warehouse getting repaired. The caller initially told us there wasn't anything spilled to cause a malfunction. Needless to say, she wasn't too happy when I told her the system is on billable hold because they found coke stains all over the motherboard and underneath keyboard. She probably tried to clean the stains that were visible to her but hadn't realized we'll be taking apart things to replace things. Anyways, being a rep for the company, I had to remain "calm and professional" while she threw crap at me. I let her finish and stated, no company is going to ship their systems with coke in the system, that's just outrageous. She didn't know what else to say at that point and agreed to pay the damn fee.

Anyways, same issue regarding warranty, different customer. LCD screen isn't working and there is a physical crack running through the screen. I tell her, we won't cover that because it isn't a hardware defect, something happened. She goes ape shit on me and I do the regular, remain calm and professional (yeah right). I listened to her for 2 minutes and she's furious at the fact I'm implying she cracked the LCD screen and lied about it. I clarified and said no, it could have been a number of things and I'm not blaming you directly. It could have even happened accidently without you even knowing - something as simple as a pencil could have been inbetween the two surfaces and you may have cracked the LCD screen when you tried to close it. Or someone in the house could have easily cracked it. The fact is, you're telling me the notebook hasn't moved in the past month and the LCD screen just suddenly cracks... I used the windows in her house as an example, asking her whether they just suddenly crack.. Anyways, she said she would "think" about paying for it. I checked the logs a few hours after and she tried to pull the same stunt on another caller. Turns out she called back 10 minutes later and the person in the next cubicle over is talking to her... lol. Needless to say, he turned her away as well and made her pay for it.

Girls- Why are they so confusing?

Simple.. If something is bothering you.. dont beat around the bush and stuff. Tell me whats wrong straight up and what your opinion on the situation is. Don't drop hints everywhere and let me try and attempt to figure out whats going on in that mind of yours.

I have many grays, I'm aging gracefully, I usually wear a cap at work, but it was 100 degree so I didn't wear one, so everyone comments, you got a lot a gray in the back, I'm like oh really (I'm thinking, no shit Sherlocke...............).

it pisses me off that when I got ran into a curb a couple of months ago, I bent one of my rims pretty bad, and they don't make them anymore.

I'm trying to get a job and there are several people in the hiring process that don't seem to be moving me through the system. Get off your hiney! Then there are others on the other side that are trying to get me information and push harder and every little bit helps.

I hate my hair too =[ I'm only 5'1 and my hair is about to reach my ass, its curly, frizzy and thick.. even tho I know how to maintain it, I don't have the money to cut it short and layered and re-color it...

And i think when me and my boyfriend have problems is cause i assume and look way to into things and he just jumps to conclusions.. as far as that whole girls r hard to read thing... most girls r 22309482049823049 times more affectionate then a guy so when something is botherin her... she expects her man to realize that something isn't right and ask her about it.. the whole "o nothing" deal is hard to explain.. i say it cause i wanna see how into the whole problem he is lol which usually causes 23098423084 more problems.. but its such a bad habit of mine.. like i wanna tell him straight up the problem but i wanna see how much he cares first.. it honestly is a bitch to explain why we do the things we do.. but guys can be the exact same!!! lol

Okay. Here ya go. Funny enough, once she ahampoo'd and blew out my hair it didn't look as purple and orange. I like the weird colors now. I just have to keep it straight.
