To understand this phenomenon you need to have a cursory understanding of fluid dynamics and flow rate or flow velocity. The cross-sectional area of a conduit is inversely proportional to the volumetric flow rate of the fluid travelling in the conduit
If in the above diagram, A1 is twice the cross-sectional area of A2, than V2 is twice as high as V1. In other words, provided fluid volume and pressure remains constant, if you constrict the diameter of the conduit it is traversing, it will flow faster. While your mate was jerkin' your gherkin' she must have been constricting the urethra, thereby increasing the flow velocity of the seminal fluid exiting your penis...which leads to mega spooge distances.
