Any paintballers out there?

I play paintball in the NCPA for UW Plattville. Any other tourny paintballers out there?

Back in the dim past I played stock gun (as in feeder tube and CO2 pod) every weekend at our local sponsored outdoor area.

The modern world of fully automatic/300rnd hoppers/nitro systems looks like fun, and I have watched a few arena tounaments on TV, but I don't think the whole 'colored barriers on a field' thing is so different from the fun days that I remember.

When my sons get a bit older I might introduce them to paintball. I know the outdoor sponsored area is still doing well, so we will probably go there.

I play paintball.. but not league or anything. A few friends and I just go out into the woods, split into teams, and get after it. As far as airsoft goes.. that gets out of control between my friends. It turns into sneaking into each others houses and waking them up with a shot to the a**.

good times.. unless your the one asleep.

used to play quite a bit back in highschool
had a team and we used to play at EMR paintball park. If your into paintball you might have heard of Castle Conquest. nothin like 700 people trying to take over an enormous castle structure with people inside shooting back. Pure chaos.

Hell yeah. I've played in a couple big games before. I played one in Michigan that was 3000 people! It really gets your adrenalin going.

I also play airsoft and its a lot of fun if you are going for combat simulation. Tourny paintball causes about ten times the amount of pain that airsoft does, so I'd say paintball is a "real man's game".

hell yea its pretty fun!!! i went with a couple friends today and it was GREAT!!!! i dont have a gun cause i dont go that much but i think jma get one now and just make sure that i go more often!!!! this clown shot me in the forearm from like 8ft away so i have a nice bruise on my arm now....kind a suked but i kno i got a couple ppl so i dont feel bad!! just part of the game!!!

dud how do i get into that i sooo wanna do that, i have 2tippmna 98 customs, and i have built a paintball bazzoka (potato launcher), and an working on buildin a granade launcher right now lol I LOVE PAINTBALL

umm... You need more than just equipment.. PSP has a Chicago Open in June.. Go there and LEARN

^ that is sorta true we all did a little survey at diffrent paintball places and we got a nice amount of support for kids and older ppl, so we are gonna buy some land and put up a small village and some stuff, and make it feel like ww2 its nor gonna be for Pro paintballers just for ppl to have fun and re-enact ww2 battles, thats all and we arent looking to make milloins on this just for fun, its will be something diffrent, and im sure once we open it would wanna try it out.

i was playing tourney paintball for about 6 years. retired last year when the sport went to hell. too many tools out there.

the way one of the guys up there is holding his gun makes him a tool
