Man drives with dead pedestrian lodged in windshield.

Basically this elderly man was unknowingly driving with a dead pedestrian, minus one leg, lodged in his windshield and didn't know it. A toll booth operator stopped him.

Sad thing is that my boss's dad has had boughts of dementia and they still let him drive, the guy doesnt even remember who his own granddaughter is, and he gets to drive around, and its scary to know that there are elderly people still allowed to drive with the condition.
