2-3 hours sounds about right; could take longer though. Basically you'll be asked to fill out a computer test that asks you random questions, then you will be interviewed by a sales manager. At this point if you are greenlit then you will be moved on to a second sales manager/possibly assistant store manager for a second interview. If you are greenlit again you will more then likely be hired. However, they could throw you a third interview by a sales manager/possibly assistant store manager. The third usually comes if one of the managers threw an orangelight, which meant they were unsure about you and may need another manager. If you are redlite at any time the interview is over...
Keep in mind I have not worked there in over a year so it may have changed slightly; however this process was used throughout the 2+ years I was there, and it was also being used before I got there. So more then likely it is still in effect. Now you gotta tell me, which store?!?! Modesto? Sactown? |

Damn....bit different then when I went in. I had 2 seperate online tests. 2 seperate manager interviews. And the final "interview" was the Assistant Store Manager telling me I had the job on the spot. They told you 7 days? That's odd. So I guess that would be today!? Heard anything?
