I didn't do this but my buddy did it...he got the helicopter and landed it on top of a tall building...just kept shooting at cops till the helicopter came...then the helicopter was at an 80 deg. angle and he launched a grenade launcher at it...on the way down the rotors of the helicopter sliced him in half and then at the same time the pilot jumped out of the copter...that was the coolest thing i've seen so far in the game...

I love how detailed everything is. For instance I shot the guy that I stole a car from. His blood splattered all over the car. I wrecked the car at the spot where the blood was and the blood became part of the dent and not covered by it like if it was real. Also you get injured if a car hits you, they don't stop if your standing there like the old days.


Anyone figured out cool stuff to do on the phone? Only thing I got was call 911 and a cop/ambulance/whatever to where you are.

My personal favorite detail is niko 'running' down stairs. They captured that goofy sidestep thing we all do when rushing down stairs. Hookers are hilarious too, how they do the things they do and the game didn't get a adult rating is beyond me.

Sidenote: i know some ps3 guys are having trouble, but any 360 people getting a 'dirty disk-unable to read' message every now and then when playing? Happend to me a couple of times now.

lmao i blasted a passenger in the dome and killed the driver too, when i stole the car the dead passenger stayed in the car even when i delivered it to the garage haha

I stole a passenger bus and drove it on the sidewalk in Times Square, it was a red splatterfest.

-i sniped a cop in the head in cinematic mode and saw through his eyes the bullet killing him.... messed up!

-"landing" a helicopter on a plane in the air

.... finding more every time i play too

everything looks so good. huge replay value. and most violent game ive ever played.

On chilly nights--- you can see your breath.

Fire the trigger of a multi-barrel handheld grenade launcher will result in the comical splatter and ballooned dude left implanted on the wall.

fly a helicopter on top of the statue of liberty and jump of to try and land on the little flat surface. i've done this plenty of times and died a lot of times but when i was playing live somehow other people can do it.

Best new thing I've seen reminded me of the movie Meet Joe Black. I fired a shot next to someone on the sidewalk. He ran across the street and got f****** clipped by a taxi then destroyed by a passenger bus. I was in shock when it happened.

i was in a gun fight with the cops and one of my stray bullets hit a passenger car which then freaked out and ran over one of the cops LOL

since my ps3 is broken i want over to my friends house. i got in a helicopter and spawned a bike up at the top of the empire state building and drove off the side. i was like woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, it took about 15 sec. to hit the ground. once i hit the ground the bike was destroyed and i died. after i spawned back at a hospital, i spawned a helicopter and found another tall building that i could drive a car off of, (empire state doesnt have enough room to drive off it with a car) once i got a car spawned, i gunned it off the side and fell to the ground. i didnt die, my car just got f'ed up really bad. the car still worked after falling 100+ stories using cheats is the only way to do this

I had a clean undamaged car parked outside the pool hall while on a date and some asshole keyed the entire rightside door and fender. Talk about detail.

Hahah, I know exactly what you're talking about. That scene is hilarious.

I love punching someone in he face, and then once they try to fight back, run in front of a cop car or cop, and they get aressted, or shot up, depending on how they react.
