New Mario Kart!

A new Mario Kart is coming out for Wii at the end of the month. For all the old school gamers like myself Super Mario Kart for SNES was the first multiplayer game I fell in love with.

The new game has karts, bikes, and other methods of transportation that can be matched up both offline and online! The online features of the game should help increase it's replay value to levels unknown to the series.

Anyone interested?

I have never reserved a game and never will. not that i am against it, i just dont like how they tell you ok well if you dont, don't come crying to them if i dont get a copy, because trust me i have never had that happen to me. They always have a copy

Wow people are still having a hard time finding systems?! damn =\ I dont go to the game shops a lot but I swear I remember seeing a few every time Im in... though I am in a smaller town.

I may have to go pick this one up though for the online play and join you guys. Ahh the old days when we used to throw full contact mario kart parties at my friend's house...

Dude....buy one and Ebay it!!!

Here in Charlotte NC the local Best By near my place sells out before they get on the shelves. Last shipment sold in 7 minutes!!! it was about 10 Wii's.

Oh I have one. I managed to buy one the day after christmas the year they came out. Strolled into game stop and they got 4 in that morning. It just seems hard to believe that they're STILL hard to get since that was what? a year and a half ago almost?

Around here if no reserve is made> no game will be available for a while. Every area is different, but if you really want the game you did the right thing.

So I put this bad boy on reserve and paid it off before I even owned my Wii. I was that adiment about finding one, that it didnt matter. I totally forgot I had this thing on reserve and paid off. So yesterday I went to trade in some games to put the amount I receive toward GTA4 and I remembered about Mario Kart. Anyway... I picked it up and played for a few hours last night

The game is great. The vehicles are awesome. Karts, motorcycles, and something that looks like a babystroller but with an engine are all included. The game play is easy to get used to and the steering wheel makes it more fun. The sensitivity when steering is very responsive, and it makes drifting so much more fun. Popping a wheelie is easy, but holding it takes getting used to. The online play is fun, and well organized. You have the option to choose "random" as your board, or choose the specific board you want to play. When the Wii WFC system matches you with your team, it shows a pop-up of their MII with the location they are in.

Overall I think the game is great. I think it was worth the wait, and it will be a great addition to my wii collection especially while have parties. Oh, and another good part is if you dont own an extra wheel you can play with the wiimote, the wiimore and nunchuck combo, or the classic controller...but then u miss the fun of the steering

I highly recomend this game, especially to those old school gamers like myself. Oh and incase u were wondering... I was asked to do a reveiw by Anubis

Anyitme man. I am going to try and do more contributing to the game forum of this site, just cuz I like my games. To me its my drug. I know ppl who smoke a blunt every night b4 bed. I play a game of something and it relaxes me If u ever need a review, let me know
