Wow your pretty far...I think I only have about 4 pigeons right now.

Say when you steal a cop car and check out the computer it has a list of most wanted criminals.I chased one guy down and shot him but still have I think 9 more can't remember.

Do you think you have to complete that for 100% too?

I think killing the guys on the most wanted is pretty fun.

Yes I believe you do. You also need to do 20 Criminal Activites in the cop computer to get 2.5% closer I believe. And theres 30 Most Wanted criminals, 10 on each island

. I have a feeling im going to get stuck and wont know what I need to do next to get 100% because Ill think I did it all already. Ugh going to be a pain.

The following is a list of how to get a 100% completion:

Successfully complete all 90 story and procedural missions to get 68% complete.

Successfully complete all 30 vehicle thefts to get an additional 2%.

Successfully complete all 50 stunt jumps to get an additional 2.5%.

Collect all 200 pigeons (flying rats) to get an additional 2.5%.

Find all random characters and complete their missions to get an additional 5%.

Successfully complete all 20 vigilante crimes to get an additional 2.5%.

Kill all 30 people on the list to get an additional 2.5%.

Beat friends or computers at every activity to get an additional 5%.

Get all your friend's special abilities and do all their activities to get an additional 10%. Note: This does not include Dwayne or Roman.

sickkk brake and gas does burnouts and you can pop tires doing burnouts too

$60 for a god damn game, i'm speechless. Still worth it though i guess.

I don't have a PS3 yet, but i'm thinking about getting one soon for $499.99, it included a 80 PS3 and MGS4. then i'll get GTA IV on the same day.

when on a computer in the game, goto Rockstar Games: Grand Theft Auto IV and it has the locations of all the pigeons, friends, cars, stunts, guns, armor, and health...
