you have to turn it on in the pause menu to all cars. then when there is somewhere waypoint or point of interest it will direct you. i'm not sure if the radio has to be turned off or not.

Yea that was one of the complaints about the music in the game. You cant hear the people talking and you cant hear anything else. I always turn the music sound off completely everytime I got a GTA game or anything of the sort, the soundtracks always suck. I got my own music saved to the xbox anyway

just figure out where your going. the gps doesnt really help anyway look at the map lol

I turned the GPS voice off. It bothered me, it drowned out the music

Can 360 and PS3 platforms play each other on the Net or is it specific to the console version you have? I finally broke down and bought it yesterday ($53 in Sam's Club), it's demented!! The last GTA I played GTA III and I can't believe how the game progressed. Blown away by the realism. I played only a little bit last night, I can't wait to pick up where I left off (the part after Niko's cousin gets his butt kicked by the loansharks and you have to chase their boss or whatever).

nah, 360 and ps3 dont play together
