I never really like the GTA3 and up myself. However, I *do* really like beating up grannies with a baseball bat.

Story and such is whatever, I only play 5 minutes at a time (when my friend lets me) just to beat on granmama. I gotta get it for PC or something, so I can mod the game so they'll carry guns. That'd be insanely funny to try to bat a granma, then she was packin' heat. LOL.

the PC versions do seem to have a wider range of control and mod options

like i saw someone playing VC on a PC and he was manuveuring guns in ways you can't on PS2...but without a good PC for gaming i am stuck w/playing on a PS2

there was a mod for vice city on the pc a while back. it was hectic, tons of ppl with guns and cars shooting each other and blowing shit up. was fun for a while

Up till now I really liked the Clancey type games. But OMG Rockstar--San Andreas. Best game I've ever played.

So many interesting elements to game play. Thru all the harshness of reality the script unfolds Carl as quite a standup guy trying to do right. Freakin talent. Land, sea and air he masters.

With the removal of Big Smoke and Ten Penney the city calmed down. And I still play it. Addictive!

I played GTA 1 and 2 (old school birds eye view steez), and then San Andreas. I am hyped for GTA4. Russian mob FTW.

I'm down for joining the 8th Gen gang. Rollin up in our civics and beatin the snot out of some old lady, then rollin off. deeeamn!

Got ma ps3 on SUnday, basically just for GTAiV!

It is a sick system though. I was surprised w/ the amount of downloadable content - I haven't even bought any games yet, I've just been playing the downloadable demos.

I's also surprised by some of the features; web browser, the six-axis motion detection actually works very well; online competition is intense...

I pre-ordered the special edition game and got one of these just for kicks too;

Now, the wait...

i really liked SA...i liked how there were so many different areas to see on the map and so many different types of people to see...

the thing i liked the most was all the planes and helicopters you could fly(tied in with that was the skill you had to build to fly those different things)
