yeah they should. my bro in law had the same prob last month. he got the console when they first came out. he called xbox and they said theyll send him a box to ship it to them. so he shipped it out and got a brand new one back...

Ya some signs were it kept freezing randomly and when i was playing Assassins Creed it just took a dump on me. ****!

They are going to send me a new one but they are having trouble processing my order for some F'ed up reason, and im on day 3 trying to get this thing rolling.

Thats what i did. I had it on top of a glass coffee table with nothing around it.

I might pick up that intercooler. I think they are like $20 bucks now.

the intercooler is actually a bad idea. i used to work at gamestop, and what the intercooler does, although it is blowing air into ur system, it is also using the system's power which in turn is using MORE power. so ur system is basically running the same with and without the intercooler. all it's doing is using up more power.
