Burnout: Paradise City
I just bought it last night and I love wrecking the cars and causing pileups. Got it for PS3. Post your opinions on it here if you own it. I can live w/o the Avril Lavigne song "Girlfriend" though that likes to appear in the middle of a good race and the friggin DJ is annoying as hell, other than that, I like it. When the girlfriend song started to play, I ran off a bridge and into a bus.

I have gamefly so I dont usually buy games, but I do have it in my possession for now. It's a fun game, I like how it changed over to a free explore world (ie grand theft auto, nfs underground) I also like how you're able to enable "crash mode" whenever you please :). Although somewhat annoying (i'm impatient) I don't agree with the fact that you must drive to each stop light to race (and thus progress in the game). However, I do see why this was implemented so as to not miss the many nuances within the game compared with the ability to warp to an event. So, for a pick up and play racing game, I give it a 9/10.
