in the game they do also...the only benefit is staying stock size height wise which is 17, getting lighter rims, and making the tire as wide as you can..thats the only thing you can benefit

Sign up for xbox live silver and they will give you a free 30 day gold account, then you can download all the shit you want or buy it off of the auction house.

the silver account is free but you are very limited on what you can do, i say just spend the $6, $20, or $50 for a gold membership after your trial runs out, personaly i get the $50 membership, it lasts a year, $50 for a year of online gaming is pretty cheap.

yea i know those wheels i got on are 20" ima make them like 18 or back to 17's and yeaa.. every upgrade you do makes the performance different its the most realisitic game ever and theres no HFP option if there was it would be crazy
