Mario Galaxy Owns! I have 116 stars now, and I think I've saved the hardest for the last. It's crazy ridiculous. The Purple Coins in the Toy Time Galaxy is pretty much impossible.
Any pointers?

oh man! i hated that shit. that was one of my last ones as well. I've done it so many times that eventually i got it. I don't remember my plan exactly since i beat it about a month ago. All i can remember is running and jumping.

Where? I just got star #120 and all it wants me to do is play Bowser again. But I've already beat him. Is it there?? I am so confused!!

Stars Required-240
You unlock the Grand Finale Galaxy by beating the final boss with Mario
with 120 Stars to unlock Luigi. Then do the exact same process with Luigi.
Grand Finale Galaxy will now be open to both characters. So, technicallly,
it takes 240 Stars to unlock. To get here, go to the Trial Galaxies planet.
On the opposite side of the red Warp Pipe will be a fourth green Luma. Talk
to him to go to Grand Finale Galaxy.

Hey I just got 60 stars and I was wondering if someone could help me??How the hell do I beat bowser??It puts us on this little planet and I cant figure out what to do to him..He jumps up three times then he balls up and starts rolling at me..What do I need to do????????????

when he rolls you have to wait till you get a clear shot at his head and then do the spin move on him.

That's just Phase one!
In order to hurt him, you need to spin just as his head is about to hit you; any other part of the body will wind up wounding Mario. When his head is hit, Bowser will spin away. Hit him while he's spinning to cause damage to him. He'll pop back up and begin his attacks again, but this time his boulder rotates much more quickly, making it more difficult to hit his head. Keep your health up while you attempt the head-knocking again, and eventually he'll get knocked away to another planet.

Phase two:
Bowser will shoot fire at you, so stay away from him. He'll eventually retract into his shell and start spinning at you fairly quickly. Be ready by waiting on the other side of one of the green plants. When he starts coming for you, spin attack the plant to launch it towards Bowser. That'll cause him to spin on his back again; hit him with a spin attack to really wound him. Repeat the process while avoiding the fireballs and you'll move on to the final challenge.

Phase three:
Jump over the electrical beams that he sends out and avoid his fire breath (which will curve back around the planet more than once, so watch out for it coming from ALL SIDES!).

When he starts to jump, stand on a blue panel, then move away when his shadow locks onto you. His tail will catch on fire and he'll run. Move into his path and force him to turn his back to you, then spin attack his tail. When he's in shell form, spin attack him again to hurt him. Repeat the process to finish the game.

Now all the Purple Coin levels are revealed and you get to go collect 60 more stars. Once that's done, you have to defeat Bowser again.

AND THEN, you get to play the whole game (120 stars) over again as Luigi.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN you have 2 more stars to collect. Fun game, eh?
