I'll be waiting at EB Games like an idiot at midnight on sept 24th waiting for Halo3. Anyone else??? Damn games r like crack!!!!

Seriously though I went to get a Wii when they first came out these nerdy guys were waiting for 3 weeks at eb games lol.

(I ended up with one the day after haha nerds!)

There are some things worth waiting for though. When I worked for BestBuy, I volunteered to be there for every single hardware release (PSP, Gamecube, et al). It was fun watching the desparate.

We don't mess around up here, haha.

Regardless, I never see the point of waiting to get something the first second it comes out. Then again I've never been a real hardcore gamer, I only play them every now and then to pass the time.

I thought about doing that...still might if I am bored enough.

I might just get up at 9:30 and go to my local best buy to get that and Knocked Up on DVD...Make one trip.

Besides, I dont think this game will sell out...Halo 2 never did when it came out around me.

I mean, i did the waiting at midnight for halo 2 and didnt get the game till 330 am...went home, roommates xbox broke during the first level, so I used mine and played till 6am...had class at 11 the next day. lots of sleep that weekend non-the-less.

I tried yesterday at a local game store, that said they were sold out of the limited edition (tin-box) so I said oh well, take my chances. Besides, if I waited in line at midnight, got it between 2 and 3, I would even play it till I woke up the next day and got home from work

i reserved one a while back but decided to use the money for something else but they still called me and told me i can pick it up tuesday night so we'll see what happens than. I would rather buy guitar hero or rock band with that money thoug
