Are the wii controllers line of sight or rf?Do you have to be in front of the wiii to use the wirelles controllers?

Wii controllers are Bluetooth.........however pointing is done via line of sight. So to answer your question, it's BOTH bluetooth (to the Wii system), and line of sight (to the sensor bar).

Correct. For games like Zelda and Call of Duty 3, where you have to aim at the screen, you need to be within a certain angle of the sensor bar. For games such as Tony Hawk Downhill Jam, where you tilt the controller and use the controller's accelerometers, you don't really need to be in front (or use the sensor bar for that matter).

Control movement with the nunchuk and use the Wii-mote for actions. Ex: hold A to move into "aiming mode" and press B to shoot, select D-pad left or right to cycle through weapons, C to jack a car, etc. That's just my idea of how they could use the current control scheme to play GTA without having to use the Gamecube controller or Classic controller.

i can't either. most eb games has the accessories and stuff, except they all tell me they aren't allowed to sell it.

i work at toys r us in the game department so i get first dibs on the accessories.
recently a customer returned a nunchuck cause he didn't need it. not opened!
so i bought it, now i have a nunchuck and no controller lol.

Saw controllers and nunchuks for the first time today at the store. Didn't buy any cuz I'm not paying $70 for both 1/2's of the controller

I finally got my component cables and a classic controller. I ordered them on Nintendo's website on launch day. They just sent me confirmation that they are on their way to me.

Wal-mart is getting Wii's tomorrow, which means 12am for the super wal-marts and 8am for the regular wal-marts. I'm gonna get there way before they open tonight with some buddies.

Me too...the stores in my area are open at 7am...you think there will be lines outside? B/c that would suck if I get there are 6am...happy wii hunting

Meh, doesn't look exciting to me at all. I wouldn't mind playing Trauma Center. I'm so busy with Zelda and Virtual Console games right now though.......I'm 25 hours into Zelda, with many hours to go.

WTF do you gotta do to get a Wii these days? I woke up at 4:30 am to get to Walmart b/c they opened at 7 only to have people camping out there already...and they only received 6 units so the first 6 got the vouchers...so I hit up another Walmart but same thing there...people that waited on line already got some...Does anyone else know what other stores will be getting them?
