Yea i had a 360 but end up sellin it because i got tire of it, and am not buying a PS3 until i see a new socom game for it, so the wii will be the best thing for now.

Wii looks pretty fun. I like the whole idea of bringing something new to the table. The graphics aren't exactly next gen (compared to the 360 or PS3) but it is definitely better than the previous gen graphics but more importantly, they are trying something new with their gameplay. I'm very interested in playing Madden or NBA Live or any sports game with the Wii controller. If the hype is true, it would be awesome actually getting the feeling of throwing the football in a NFL playoff game. Might even get a workout!

DAMMIT! I ran all the way across the mall on my break (12:30) and saw the big "Nintendo Wii pre-orders SOLD OUT!" All spots gone in 20 minutes. I was so disappointed...

I got to my local EB 1 1/2 hours early and got the 1st pre order for my kids. We had 9 pre orders available and 9 people showed up. It was much nicer than the 13 hours i camped out overnight for a 360 (which i was lucky to get launch day)

eh...I'm not SUPER worried about not getting one now. Nintendo has the supply...still, I may end up getting to a Target or soemthing early in the morning.

Target is always a good shot. Problem is they don't offer extened warranties and I always feel a little safer with one

On a side note, how's your Xbox doing today? I'm just asking because I just got one last month and want to know if you experienced a dead Xbox 360 like some others who got theirs in the first batch. I want to know what to expect. I purchased the two year warranty just in case.

My 360 is from the launch, i guess i am one of the lucky ones who hasen't had a problem with a system that was made in 05.

It has locked up 1 time on Madden 07 and maybe 2-3 times over the past year on Live 07. I consider that normal because every system i have ever played EA games on, have froze. I got lucky to get a good xbox but i keep that 2 year warranty handy just in case

I sold my xbox 360 guys and am waitting for my wii and ps3 to come out,
I had one of the first 360 and it work fine on me it only froze like 2 times and that was playing DOA 4 online, i did my research and it was normal. it happen to many playing that game online.

Good thing nintendo has the best reputation on making systems they seem to last the longest and have the least amount of problems.
