06 Cable Bushings on a R18 installation help

Hey guys, I'm trying to install my cable bushings from twm on my r18.. the problem is... i cant remove my air box as there is one bolt ( the furthest one in) that is round and flat with no place for a screwdriver or anything... anyone know how to remove this?

that grommet its sitting in is rubber isnt it? looks likes its just the plastic part going through the center of it thats just holding it in

that thing is sitting on top of a rubber base. but i dont think there is a plastice piece going through the center of the bolt. there was some white stuff on top the bolt as you can see.. i kinda scratched off some of it to see if there was any grooves in it or not.

I had something similar to that on my 98 Civic intake. There was a rubber mount and two bolts holding the intake down. I removed the two bolts and just pulled up on the rubber mount section and the intake came off. I'm not sure if yours is the same but it appears to be. Try lifting up and see if the metal stub is starting to slide through the rubber grommet.
