The insert is $5.00 and can be ordered from this link: Shift Knob Insert. Shipping is $7.60 with Canada post.

Hi,

You can actually order up to 12 shift knob inserts before the shipping increases. Above this amount the package gets heavier and must be sent UPS instead of Canada post. As long as you need less that 12 shipping would only be $7.60 :)

You can choose UPS if you order 1 or 2 as well, this would provide faster shipping and a tracking number.
