Loctite type.

Quick question, I tried searching to no avail.

The SS comes with loctite blue right? I keep thinking it was loctite red but that doesn't make any sense.

Blue you can remove later.

Red is permanent.

I hear you can use heat to remove red.

Probably wouldn't be a good idea on the plastic parts involved. lol

So it's probably safe to assume it's blue then.

you wouldn't want that locking on screw on forever use the blue.

That's correct, we send a small tube of blue loctite with the short shifter.
