Feel?

I'm committed to getting the TWM SS this week, however, I'm curious about the bushings. What precisely do they add to the feel of the shift?

I'm interested in the combo, but I don't really want the clunk if that's what it adds. I'm looking for a shorter, tighter, shift. That feeling that was discussed in a different post as a "mechanical" feel is something I'm interested in. Just curious if anyone has installed one, but not the other, and know what is associated with each mod.

I also intend to keep my stock shifter, not because I would mind the increased performance, I just love the stock look. Just not the stock feel.
