i got everything installed except the cable bushing... it was getting too hot outside lol
all i got to say is, shifting has never been smootherrrrrrrrrrrrrr! the length differnce isnt that noticable to me, but the fact that my shifts feel smoother and more solid, is more than enough for me thanks! |

weird..
both inserts are threaded. one is just like 1/4 size of the one that needs to be threaded. I'm going to go check now EDIT: I was wrong. the black one is threaded on the outside but not on the inside - this is the small one. The bigger one needs to be used. I don't know how you got yours to sit so low. I'm pretty sure mine is screwed all the way down. Last edited by hoanger; 04-30-2008 at 01:00 AM. |

take out the smaller insert....the lock or spacer, whatever it is....that is what i did and it sits that low and doesn't budge.....i just cranked it on there.
