Where exactly is the shift cable?
Sorry for the newb question, but I was reading the installation instruction and the DIY thread for installing the short shifter. There were a couple of pointers that dealt with the shifter cable. Step 5 says to spread the metal clip and pull the cable down to free it from the shifter. Step 13 says you may have to pull the shifter cable down to create more space. Is the shifter cable the silver metal part that the blue cap is originally attached to?
Here's a link to the manual: http://www.twmperformance.com/manual...all-manual.pdf Thanks! |
