Yet another happy customer with SS

i'm sure u guys r sick of reading this by now, but i just want to say the SS that i installed hours ago made my car shift like a s2000 (wrist shifting instead of normal arm movement). WOW!

and thx to Kevin who was very patient and professional with me, espeically arranging the pick up.

i highly recommend TWM SS to anyone!

Did you get the cable bushings? Did you add a weighted knob?

yes, the TWM short shifter. i luv the more solid feel, but i didn't get any bushings. my friend has all the bushings done and i don't like the chuncky / notchy feel. with just the SS, i almost feels like a stock s2000 shifter

I found that the SS and the base bushings made the bigger differences, but the shifter cable bushings didn't do a whole lot. On an older car with a bit of breakdown in the rubber bushings, it would probably do more.
