2007 Cable Bushings In Stock NOW!

Hi guys,

We have completed the first production run of our new 2007 Civic shifter cable bushings, and all pre-orders shipped out yesterday. We still have plenty of 2007 cable bushings in stock, as well as our popular 2006 cable bushings.

TWM’s new bronzoil shifter cable bushings remove unwanted flex from your car's shifter cables by replacing the rubber bushings on the transmission end of the shifter cable with precision machined bronzoil bushings.

The bushing kits can be installed to improve the feeling with our TWM short shifter, the stock shifter, or any aftermarket short shifter. In addition, the bushings can be purchased at the same time as the short shifter and base bushings, all at a big discount! Check it out: Full TWM Short Shifter and Bushing Packages

Don't miss out, they're going fast!

Kevin

I'm glad I stumbled across this thread. I will be ordering A short shifter with base bushings and '07 cable bushings asap, I am just in the midst of selling some parts from my old GSR.

The sandpaper is just in case there is corrosion on the inside loop on the shifter cables or on the pin that the bushings slide on to. The sandpaper would be to clean it off, but since these bushings are for the 2007 models, I highly doubt it will be necessary to clean off any corrosion.

Glad to hear your order arrived a little early :)

Thanks,

Kevin

I don't know if I would call it a "snapping" noise, just because I associate that word with bad things happening :) I do know what you mean though, I would refer to it more as a click click, just a really solid shift feel and a more definite starting and stopping point of the shift.

Regardless of how you describe the sound effect, I'm sure you'll love the new sound and how it feels :)

Thanks,

Kevin
