I dont know much about Tanabe, but all I know is the Japanese researchers that help to make the products better, fly straight from Japan to the United States to do researches, and experiments with Tanabes products to try to make them better, so im guessing thats good. And GReddy is just a well known brand for all their parts, and they obtain good quality products.

If it was based on looks. I choose the ugly one that's not hot. That's the tougher one with more muscle... LOL.

Greddy is the United states branch of Trust of japan. Both are japanese companies and both research, develop, and test each product thorughly with not only performance but streetability (sound and emissions). I have owned both and I personally like the tanabe one better. The one i have on my accord is the hyper medallion. Its super quite when cruising but well i step on it, it gives a nice mellow tone. But the Greddy i owned was the evo, and it was on my eclipse. Every kit is different, esp in sound. But I dont think you can go wrong with either, just a matter of preference and what works for you.
