I'm sooo excited right now. All I have to say is get ready for the next generation of turbo systems. And that's all I am allowed to say at the moment.

note: please do NOT call Geoff and ask questions. This was just a conversation between a couple friends. Thanks guys.

You're gonna need a box of kleenex for clean up when Geoff posts up the specifics. Hehe...

He told me sometime late this week or early next week. He just doesn't want any info leaking until he gets some stuff squared away. But it's not etched in stone on when he will.

Thats good. I was thinking about going SC for a long time now and with Flashpro and Full-Race coming out I know which way I am going now.

Definitely DON"T go SC. Wait a little bit for things to develop. You will NOT regret it.

I'm gonna answer Mike/Geoff's questions:

1. Not me. Going Lexus w/2JZ-GTE swap soon.
2. 700-900 RWHP
3. Dual Scroll manifold, T4 manifold flange, GT45R, yada yada. Go big or go civic.

ANYWAY, I don't see the point in all of this. Full Race will likely be successful by adapting their RSX manifolds and I/C piping to fit the FG2, and then sell a kit that is essentially the same, with a FlashPro map to go along with it. What the hell is this thread even for??? They already make a RSX kit!! Didn't read the thread at all, but I bet someone has already complained about the price... Full Race is by far the most expensive and highest quality kit you can buy, for any car. I KNEW they'd step up to the Civic market, once FlashPro came out. R18 owners, don't even ask. It's not gonna happen.

2. 250-300 whp. quick spool with low end torque and power in the midrange.
3. gt28rs w/ t3 housing. a manifold built for minimal lag, which probably calls for log... but eq would be fine.

for a DD, i prefer to have quick spooling turbo with power in the low to mid range rather than a dyno champion with a laggy setup and peaky power.

while i'm dreaming, i also want a closed dump. have it recirculate back into the downpipe just before the flange.

sounds like you want a greddy kit..... lol (besides the GT28) but seriously... people who only want 250-300whp.... won't want to buy this kit

you're not even close bro. They are NOT using any of their existing stuff at all. They are designing from the ground up. And the price will be EXTREMELY competitive to what already exists. Sorry to disappoint.

Mike. This is crazy news. I've been waiting for a full race kit for 2 and a half years now. Hopefully my wait will be worth it. Crazy.... Can't wait. Do you have any info on a release date yet?

.... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to disappoint you bro, but these turbo kits are already out. TSI, Greddy etc. If these are your power goals then buy one of those kits and wait for Flashpro. Honestly though, i would not recommend the TSI kit. I cant say much about the Greddy, ask Sox about that. There are a number of turbo owners who have gotten real tired of that kind of power, real fast. But...if mid range power is what youre looking for (in a high reving motor) then these kits are what youre lookin for

Oh and mike, if you have any influence on this kit....SIDEWINDER!!!!!!!

Sidewinder is NOT happening. It can not be done properly and safely for a daily driven car. It would require cutting of the cowl and too much modifying for it to be reliable. Cutting the cowl wreaks havoc on drainage and aero under the hood. I can not say much more than that. You guys have to wait for Geoff to post up the info.

So you work over there with scott huh??? I use to be in the club with jody with the
350z and all those dudes in ECR well when they were ecr now their team revolution. That was when I had my BMW. But now that I got this nice fg2 im also looking to go turbo and holy **** i almost went on procivic and ordered a greddy kit cause i was getting tired of waiting but now that i see this thread i guess i can wait somemore who cares im in iraq anyways. But yeah a kit that can produce anywhere from 400 to 600 hp would be very nice. So yeah money is in the bank so when they release it u bet that ima pick one up and take it down to CFT in orlando and have them install and tune it and then drive myself back to ny.. so hopefully they are quick about it cause i leave for germany in January and ive heard them euros are pretty fast over there.
