I hope you all know what your getting yourself into when you go out and buy high horsepower kits. ClubRSX is where you should spend your time.. after 400whp you start breaking ****.. and by that I don't mean the engine.

IF I were to go the FI route I'd like to see a kit using an anti-lag turbo...bang bang on high is what it's about.

Not going to happen. Anti-lag is very unreliable and most turbos these companies use are weak for anti-lag... Garrets die quick with anti-lag, Precision are the same crap as Garret just different brand and slightly different designs so they will die too. The only turbos proven to have been good with anti-lag systems are some IHI Turbos which are for rallying... and its because rally cars use anti-lag systems a lot. Don't get me wrong you can install antilag in any turbo but expect it to fail

hence using turbo's meant to handle anti-lag duty such as those that came with the T.M.E. edition mitsubishi EVO.There is another company that specifically makes one to be used with this system.I see it more as an add on option(different turbo and any required hardware) but it would be a nice option.but you are right, not likely to happen

i like the twinscroll idea but i'm not sure if the cost will be justified...but it is nice to see full-race making an effort to produce something for this platform

and whatever they make im sure i will empty my savings account for!!!

True dat. lol...Borg Warner does make a nice turbo. turbonetics are crap from what I've heard. They blow seals like they designed them to. lol. Imagine paying over $2Gs for a GT-K turbo and having the thing eating oil and smoking like a bastard in 6 months. At least This is what I've seen and heard from experienced guys I've asked.

My question.. why spend the extra money on the GT series.. when all you pay for is the name "GT". There are plenty of turbos out there that make power and effectively cheaper. The Precision "SC" and "PT" series in my mind are just as good.. but everyone only talks "GT". The twin scroll is nice for spool... but I can take a precision "Billet" journal bearing and produce almost the same spool.. but gain more whp.. Just a though for everyone out there thinking that the "GT" is the only series that can produce power.. don't get me wrong.. very nice turbos.. but very nice price tags to go along with those series..

So true Roger but you could argue these things all day with the amount of choices out there. There are so many different options that if you just don't choose one you'll be chasing different options for ever. Lol....For me it will probably boil down to price. My GF is giving me some crap about spending so much money on the car now that I might have to cool down a bit and bite the bullet and buy her a ring. That will keep her off my back for a bit. But a ring will cost just as much as the FR kit I want. lol....Decisions decisions. wife or car?.......lol......

Yea. That's why I keep stalling on the whole ring situation. Hurry Full-Race. I'm halfway there with The FlashPro finally coming. Now I just need Full-Race to hurry. Lol..

I dont even run a turbonetics.... I run a precision.

and yes, the GT's I'll have to agree are way way overrated.

who wants to spend $2000 on a 78mm turbo?

Well guys, I just got off the phone with Geoff and while I can not divulge any info just yet, this is going to be one SICKKKKK setup! You guys have NO idea what we're in for. I'm sooo excited right now. All I have to say is get ready for the next generation of turbo systems. And that's all I am allowed to say at the moment.

note: please do NOT call Geoff and ask questions. This was just a conversation between a couple friends. Thanks guys.
