They can upgrade to what ever turbo you want. That's no issue and ask for the corkscrew setup.. Someone would have to chime in on the fitment issues with the corkscrew setup. I know "the old one" was to build a new manifold for Blue's car but that never happened and according to them the corkscrew for the RSX would have issues with the 8thgen civic setup.

I cant even imagine a civic with the kinda power on the street. Got have some wide sticky front tires. Not to mention with in that first year of installing that kit, you may find that tires get expensive. "Duh" you say, its a rude awakening when people finally get some power to their car

I have posted the same question before, perhaps someone can answer if with the base make the car will run (and not blow it up), so I can drive it to work every day, while I get a reputable tuner to come to Central America and tune it perfect. I saw someone posted that it will be on the rich side, any comments?

All this work and just a silly piggyback that's very fickle. Shouldve just made a turbo/ downpipe upgrade for the greedy kit. On the other hand, if you guys were able to wire in a Haltech, why not wire in an AEM ems from the rsx to have full engine control? I dislike retarding timing through use of the knock sensor.

PS. Both the Haltech Interceptor and the AEM FIC have timing control and you are not relying on the knock sensor for timing retard. |

I understand your points but timing is still not controlled the proper way. The proper way is not through manipulating the crank or knock sensors. Also, do not forget about MoTeC. MoTeC had been shown to work on several different cars. It does control DBW without a problem. DBW isn't even that big of a deal. The kpro for the tsx and new s2k doesn't even touch dbw and controls the rest of the engine including cams.
