K20a2 block, bored to 86.5mm, 9.8:1 cr, forged rods, balanced and blue printed. going with my stock k20z3 head and my turbo manifold is being built right now. Shooting for 450+ probably going to use gt3076r turbo.

I don't either, i'm just genuinely curious of how many people on this site stick with there stock transmission. I wonder how long it will last at higher power levels before enough is enough. lots of people on here get syncro's and a different CMC without listing it...doesn't hurt to ask i guess

I do remember talking to you about the stock clutch, I already had issues with that, the way power comes on with my turbo ruined it after a few WOT pulls while tuning :c

interesting, how many miles on the car? When my turbo kicks in, it's pretty violent, and it has handled it without slipping so far

as long as you dont go with a puck clutch the trans should be alright. with most single full face disk clutches its usually the clutch that goes first before the trans. with a puck clutch you have no give and the trans takes all the stress.

Even a full face clutch won't save the stock K series trans.

My car has 44k miles on it, I had no slipping issues while i was supercharged. Then in the beginning when i had bad tires + a turbo it didn't slip. Then the day i put new tires on my car (rs-3's) i went for the very first WOT run and the clutch slipped
