Yeah, to say that Canabis has no affect on driving skills is straight up retarded. I have most definitely been too high to drive many times in my life. In fact, just the other week a friend of mine was gonna swing by my place to hang out. He ended up being about an hour late because he took too many hits before getting in his car and had to stop in a parking lot to wait it out for a bit. And this is a guy who smokes almost every day and is reckless by nature.

My laws would be divided into several subgroups...
1st subgroup: Commerce and economic reform laws.
-Gas prices need to come down. When does it stop? The damn oil companies are hauling in unholy amounts of money while we're shelling out about $4 a gallon? Eff off...
-I will gladly give money to a poor person who obviously cannot provide for himself or someone who is trying but just can't make ends meet, but I hate those able bodied jackasses who run after me in a parking lot so he can ask me for "spare change". If you can haul ass like that to get the quarter in my pocket, you can probably flip a burger at McD's. My law would give me every right to bust his kneecaps and tell him to eff off.
-How about giving tax breaks to those who need it the most? Trying to appease the likes of me with a pissy $600 "rebate" is just insulting. How much have I paid out over the years to get this money? The wealthy get away with so much, and while they probably worked hard to amass their fortunes, we work hard to maintain our measly lifestyles. Why do we suffer because we can't afford the slick lawyers that are on staff with them? Eff off...

Criminal Laws:
-Rapists and child molesters should be turned over to the victim and victim's family. I guarantee that Markie Molester won't be able to look at another child without screaming if he was given to the family for retribution. Instead, the victim suffers while the prick gets outta prison after serving a partial sentence? Eff off...
-Petty thieves, burglars, vandals, and the like should end up at a real work camp. I'm talking third world country style work camp....sweating for 20 hours a day doing hard labor with minimal food and water and bare floors to sleep on instead of getting probabtion or some minimum security joke prison sentence. Eff off....
-Kids....If you're going to commit a crime, your parents will pay the consequence too. Think about your mom sitting in a prison cell before you decide to go do something stupid. If you're too selfish to think about that, then eff off.
-Right to self defense needs to clear a person from civil actions. If something goes down, and my life or a family member's life is in danger, I will react to put an end to the situation....meaning the a$$hole won't be getting up. Why do I need to worry about Jimmy Jackass's family suing me for damages when his actions started the sequence of events? Eff off....

Driving laws:
-Happy 65th birthday and congratulations! Your bus pass is enclosed. Please shred your driver's license immediately as it is no longer valid. Still think you can drive? Eff off...
-Did you just DUI/hit and run/drive without insurance? Come watch as we turn your car into a cube. You'll be billed for services later. Oh this is the first offense? Well, we're trying to make sure it's the last. Eff off..
-Driving too slow in the fast lane? Let the DMV's factory trained technicians adjust that throttle for you to help you overcome the "featherfoot". Eff off...
-Did momma's favorite little man just get busted for driving like a complete idiot and say that he's been "profiled"? Here little man, have a seat in the K-9 unit's backseat. Yeah, the dog's actually meaner than he looks. Eff off...

Reproduction Laws:
-Want kids? Start with a fish.... If after a week, the fish is still alive, get a lizard. Keep the lizard alive for two years, and you'll graduate to a bird. Don't kill the bird and five years later, you can have a puppy. If you still want a kid and have kept the puppy for ten years, then you can turn in an application to have a child.....granted you're able to actually provide food, shelter, clothing, and guidance for the child. I don't know how you'll have time to do that between caring for the fish, lizard, bird, and dog.

-all govt employees in power positions will be forced to have open records on all personal money transactions, property, stock, gifts, cars, etc etc. To include parents and childeren. (to prevent payments to dad or kids to hide the transaction)

-allow easy access for any person to run for political office.

-ban any non-govt employee or person with valid reason from congress,senate, or Pentagon buildings. (stop the open access for lobbist)

It would be impossible considering the SIPR net is encrypted on a totally different level than NIPR (regular internet)..

I don't want the damn government on anyone's body. I'm against the government legislating abortion, among other things.
