I just weighted my Hybrid rims/tires

I just weighted the stock hybrid rims and stock Dunlop tires.
total weight is 33lb 15.4ounces on my digital scale.
This Includes the wheel cover and the valve stem of course. and the Lead wheel weight balance.

Tirerack has the Dunlop SP31 at 18lb making the Stock Rims 16LB which
is the same *I THINK* as the 02-04 RSX 16 inch RIMS.
only problem with going 16inch rims is finding tires which weigh less then 20lb.

Also the back was stamped ENKEI made in Japan. Interesting enkei being an OEM for Honda rims.

Enkei makes rims for a lot of car companies.

yea, they make several lines, and many of them have to do with oem wheels. thats a pretty good weight for that size. you can always go lighter, but not without spending more money. Whats the gas mileage?
