Spencer at TireRack FTW!!!

Well Iv been meaning to Post about Spencer and TR for a while never got around to it because of school and work and all that other great stuff! But I had ordered some Kosei K3 in Emery Gold with some kumo summer tires in the summer and since they were not in stock I hit up Spencer via email or phone on what to do he gave me all my options and I ended up waiting but then I like bothered him every day and he was extremely patient and polite with me always given me the truth and not some bs. Well one day unexpected I come home from school and my Wheels are there mounted ready to go way earlier then what i expected!!! I was one great surprise! Well I was extremely happy with the quality and stuff loved the way the weights were put on the inside of the wheel and all. Some time passed extremely happy with my purchase but one day one of my kosei center cap is gone probably fell off or something hit up Spencer asked him if I can purchase one or something. He asked me for order number 5 days later without a response at the door a packaged from TR and voicemail from Spencer! What’s inside Four new caps and Red Kosei Valve Stems the ones I wanted originally.
All I know is if I or anyone ever needs Tires or wheels TireRack only cuz i know Spencer is the man that will handle it all!!!!
