im pretty sure it will pass. ive been thinkin bout gettin that header and did some research. in my area (Houston), for cars that are i think '96/'98 (dont remember) or higher then all they do is the OBDII test. they just plug something into ur car and check ur ecu so no cel= no fail= PASS

but the fumes wont pass right if they actually do a exhaust gas test? because now-a-days on 75 they have these caravans up on the entrance ramps every once and awhile what it basically does is test your exhaust gases as you pass by and if you fail they take a picture of your license plate and they send you a nice fat fix-it ticket in the mail
