Uhm, no. The Canadian Si has a gov on it, not the USDM. Our Si can go as fast as the power it has will push it (or to those who have modded enough power to reach the gear ratio max of ~175mph i think).

I hate the gear ratio in my 02 Type-S... ugh. Feels sluggish in all the wrong places.
